Directions
For the Citrus Syrup: Place all the components into a pan, bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. After that, turn off the stove allowing it to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into a sealable bottle, cap it keeping it in the fridge, where it will keep for around four weeks.
For the Cocktail Base: Mix every spirits and syrup into one big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, so it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml from the batch mix into your mixing glass packed with ice, and agitate lightly for one minute until cold. Filter to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, garnish with some cranberries and finish using a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
