The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair met personally to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will damage his features and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
Despite those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK rival Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's largest financial successes, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers met for the traditional face-off, with their height and weight contrast on show, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually proceeding.
